Great game overall, I can't wait for the full version! I just wish there weren't 4 patients all at the same time for the 3rd level (hard) and the secret level. Also, when will it come out?

Great game overall, and a little challenging.
To get the Lestor medal: Click on the yellow crab carrier (where you get the giant crab battle medal)and watch the movie. When the movie is done, click on the crab's boxer shorts.
